2012 Tableau Customer Conference will take place at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Located downtown along the San Diego Bay, the new Hilton San Diego Bayfront is minutes from the San Diego International Airport (SAN), within walking distance of the San Diego Padres' PETCO Park, the financial district, and the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter boasting world class shopping and dining.
Booking a Room
Conference group rates at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and Hard Rock hotels have expired. We recently secured a group rate of $199/night at the Hyatt Andaz for the nights of 11/4 - 11/8. Getting to the Conference
You won't need a rental car for the conference since all the sessions take place on site at the hotel and Tableau-sponsored evening activities are within walking distance. We recommend grabbing a taxi from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Here's the 4-1-1:

Driving South on Interstate 5
Take Front St. exit. Continue on Front St. until you reach Harbor Drive, turn left.
Continue to Park Blvd., turn right.

Take Cesar Chavez Parkway exit. At traffic signal turn left on to Cesar Chavez Parkway.
Continue to Harbor Drive, turn right. Continue to Park Blvd., turn left.
Driving West on Interstate 5
Take Highway 8 (West) to 163 South. Follow 10th Ave. to Market St., turn right.
Take Market St. to Front St., turn left. Take front St. to Harbor Drive, turn left.
Continue to Park Blvd., turn right.
Driving West on 94
Take 94 West into the city. 94 West will turn into ''F'' St. Follow ''F'' St. to 8th Ave.
Turn left onto 8th Ave. Take 8th Ave. to Market St., turn right.
